The process

Five steps. Nothing hidden between them.

Every evaluation follows the same defined sequence. Fees are disclosed before you commit, and each step exists for a reason a reviewer will look for later.

  1. 01 Intake

    Free record screening.

Send your decision letter, denial, or a summary of your situation. A clinician reviews it and tells you whether an evaluation could add evidence your file lacks. If it cannot, we say so and you pay nothing.

  2. 02 Records

    Intake and records.

Secure portal upload: DD214, treatment records, VA or SSA correspondence. Consent forms completed electronically.

  3. 03 Evaluation

    Clinical evaluation.

[50 to 90] minute structured interview via HIPAA-compliant video. [Testing administered when indicated.]

  4. 04 Delivery

    Report delivery.

Written report in [7 to 10] business days. You review it first. Questions answered before anything is finalized.

  5. 05 Submission

    You submit it.

The report is yours. Use it in an initial claim, supplemental claim, reconsideration, or appeal, ideally with an accredited representative or attorney.

Start with the screening.

The screening step exists so you find out, at no cost, whether a full evaluation is likely to add to your file.
